Develop and maintain effective project management methodologies and processes for our business application consultancy company using SAP knowledge. Manage and prioritize company project portfolio, evaluate project proposals, and align them with organizational goals and priorities. Allocate and manage project resources efficiently. Identify and assess projects risks and issues and develop/implement risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies. Generate regular project status reports to present to the president of the company.
